TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT

By accessing, browsing or registering with Rizzio Casino, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") which may be amended by Rizzio Casino from time to time. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the services of Rizzio Casino.

4. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

Rizzio Casino may offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time. These offers are subject to change without notice and may be withdrawn at any time. Bonuses and promotions are offered in accordance with Rizzio Casino's sole discretion and are subject to the following terms:

• All bonuses and winnings resulting therefrom must be wagered at least 35 times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be withdrawn;
• The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is £5 or its equivalent in other currencies;
• Not all games contribute equally towards meeting the Wagering Requirement. For example, certain slots and jackpots may not be eligible.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

You agree to comply with the following payment terms:

• You must only use one account per person, household or IP address;
• You must only deposit using a valid payment method;
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, but may take up to 72 hours pending verification.

6. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

You agree that Rizzio Casino reserves the right to restrict your account at any time without prior notice if:

• Your account is inactive for more than 12 months;
• You fail to verify your identity or comply with anti-money laundering regulations;
• You attempt to manipulate or abuse the Services.

7. DATA PROTECTION

Rizzio Casino collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering with Rizzio Casino, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Rizzio Casino shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from:

• Technical failures or errors;
• Unauthorised access or tampering;
• Your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.Your sole remedy in the event of a dispute is to stop using the Services.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association of Curaçao.

10. AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

Rizzio Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You agree that your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Rizzio Casino and you, superseding all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements or communications.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering with Rizzio Casino, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
• Your use of the Services is subject to Curaçao law and jurisdiction;

You confirm that you are aware of and understand all risks associated with online gaming, including but not limited to addiction, financial loss and other problems.

13. CANCELLATION

Rizzio Casino reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account at any time without prior notice for any reason whatsoever. Upon cancellation, your account will be closed and you will forfeit any balance in your account.

14. INVALIDITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. SEVERABILITY

The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering with Rizzio Casino, you agree that these Terms and Conditions will govern your use of the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Services.
